INSPIRE is a leadership development programme that targets the areas of leadership, business, and management development for line managers, team leaders and supervisors. The aim is to facilitate a process of learning that is linked to business outcomes ensuring that the training is geared towards achieving tangible enhancements in business leadership.

The training process focuses on the identification of individual learning needs, followed by the development of learning solutions. This framework provides a performance standard applicable to business leadership scenarios, which will, in turn, bring about individual and organisational development.
