INSPIRE / Award in Leadership and Management (MQF 4, 4 ECTS) is designed for line managers, team leaders, and supervisors. It focuses on leadership, business, and management development, with learning linked to tangible business outcomes.

The Award in Coaching Skills at the Workplace (MQF 5, 2 ECTS) is a practical programme designed to help professionals coach employees to improve job satisfaction, performance, engagement, and ownership of change. It covers the coaching relationship, coaching for performance, and how to coach formally and informally “in the moment.”
