The process of conducting training needs analysis, together with elements of content design and styles, and methodologies of delivery are key aspects covered in the programme. There will be a strong emphasis on the importance of applying newly acquired skills to the benefit of the individual and the organisation as a means of asserting the return on the developmental investment.
