Structure of Programme:
Given the nature of this leadership programme, there is ample scope to customise the content of the programme to be able to tackle the most pressing needs of the organisation. However, as a guideline, the programme may be structured around the following components:
1. Kick-off Event (2 hours)
Purpose:
To set expectations, establish programme commitment, introduce the DiSC assessment, and inspire participants to engage fully in their leadership journey.
Activities Include:
- Welcome and programme overview
- Introduction to leadership development framework
- Overview of DiSC profiling
- Personal goal-setting and leadership aspiration mapping
- Pre-programme reflection exercise
2. DiSC Profiling Tool (Pre-Workshop Assessment)
Purpose:
To develop self-awareness and enhance interpersonal effectiveness by understanding individual behavioural preferences and communication styles.
Activities Include:
- Completion of DiSC online assessment by each participant
- One-on-one debrief (integrated in coaching session)
- Personal DiSC profile report
- Interpretation exercises in Workshop 1
3. Four Full-Day Workshops / Masterclasses (4 days – 28 hours total)
Each workshop targets a critical leadership capability. Topics to be finalised in consultation with the client, but may include:
- Strategic Thinking & Decision Making
- Systems thinking, strategic agility, scenario planning
- Leading People & Culture
- Creating a high-performance culture, leading with empathy, DEI
- Leading Change & Innovation
- Change frameworks, innovation leadership, agile transformation

- Executive presence, managing up and across, storytelling for influence
Format:
- Pre-work (short readings, reflection)
- Interactive group activities and case studies
- Real-world application exercises
- Action planning for workplace integration
4. Executive Retreat – 2 Days Residential (14 hours)
Purpose:
To facilitate immersive, deep leadership development, foster reflection, strengthen peer bonds, and realign leadership identity with strategic organisational goals.

- Team-building and collaborative problem-solving
- Stress-management and resilience practices
- Vision and strategy alignment
- Peer coaching circles
5. Group Coaching – 4 Sessions (8 hours total)
Purpose:
To address live, internal leadership challenges in a collaborative environment, enhance cross-functional learning, and build a leadership community.
Structure:
- 120-minute monthly group sessions
- Focused on themes such as managing complexity, cross-functional influence, difficult conversations, or leading transformation
- Peer accountability, facilitated reflection, and real-time problem-solving
6. One-on-One Executive Coaching – 8 Sessions per Participant (8 hours total)
Purpose:
To support each leader’s individual goals and behavioural change journey, and provide space for reflection, feedback, and personal growth.
Approach:
- Confidential, tailored coaching sessions
- Strengths-based and solution-focused
- Integration of DiSC insights and 360 feedback (optional)
- Alignment with organisational and personal leadership objectives
