  • Icebreaker: "Why We’re Here – Personal Reflections on Purpose" 
  • Objectives overview and agenda walkthrough 
  • Importance of Mission, Vision, and Values in business success  

Part 2: Crafting the Mission Statement 

  • Group discussion: What makes a great mission? 
  • Examples of strong and weak mission statements 
  • Workshop activity: Drafting the “What we do” and “Why we do it” 
  • Group consolidation: Building consensus on key themes 

Part 3: Creating the Vision Statement 

  • Presentation: Vision vs. Mission – Clarifying the difference 
  • Individual activity: “In 5 years, I see us…” 
  • Vision alignment: Cross-checking aspirations and ambitions 
  • Group activity: Shaping a collective, future-oriented statement  

Part 4: Defining Core Values 

  • Introduction: Role of values in shaping culture 
  • Interactive exercise: Values deep-dive (group sorting or storytelling) 
  • Identifying authentic values vs. aspirational ones 
  • Voting/prioritization: Narrowing to 4–6 key Core Values 

Part 5: Alignment & Finalisation 

  • Review of draft Mission, Vision, and Values 
  • Feedback and refinement through small group breakout sessions
