| Funding Options: Three Malta funding routes can cover most of your course. MySkills Scheme (cash grant reimbursement, individuals): employed participants claim back up to 80% and unemployed 100%, paid as a cash reimbursement on completion, max €5,000 per application. Get Qualified Scheme (tax credit, individuals): employed, self employed and business owners recover up to 70% of eligible training costs as a personal tax credit, capped by MQF level and credits (€1,250 on a 5 ECTS MQF 5 award; MQF 4 awards qualify only if Malta Enterprise deems them vocational training, cap €2,500). You cannot claim it if MySkills, your employer or anyone else pays part of the fee. Investing in Skills / IIS (Jobsplus grant, employers): small and micro businesses recover up to 70% of eligible training costs for their staff (60% medium, 50% large). Not sure which scheme fits you? What level is INSPIRE?
INSPIRE is the Award in Leadership and Management at MQF Level 4, worth 4 ECTS. Think Talent is licensed by the MFHEA (Licence 2017-004).
Who is INSPIRE for?
Team leaders and managers, especially people new to a leadership or supervisory role who want the essential skills to lead a team. There are no formal entry requirements and the minimum age is 18.
Can my INSPIRE course be funded?
Yes, if you are eligible. MySkills cash refund: 80% if you are employed, 100% if you are unemployed. Get Qualified gives eligible individuals a personal tax credit. Employers can ask about Investing in Skills (IIS). IIS closes 31 December. Book now, even for 2027 intakes. Our team checks your IIS eligibility.
How long is INSPIRE and when does it start?
INSPIRE runs part time over 12 months: 12 full days of face to face training at our offices in Mriehel, a DiSC Workplace profile before you start, four 1 hour coaching sessions each and two 2 hour group coaching sessions.
