Dr. Beverly Cutajar
Dr. Beverly Cutajar has been active in the management of Human Resources and Training in both local and overseas companies; in the private and public sectors and spanning various industries. Amongst the key projects that Beverly has managed and where significant value-added has been achieved, one finds: implementation of performance management systems; compilation and application of competency frameworks; design and delivery of a vast array of training programmes; design of orientation programmes; development of corporate values and organisational cultures; facilitation of coaching and mentoring sessions; implementation and evaluation of employee satisfaction surveys; compiled studies on talent management, change management and the impact on the behaviours of employees at various levels within the organization, both from a management and employee perspective; and actively participated in an EU funded project involving 12 partnering institutions from six different EU countries.
Apart from her involvement in people management, Beverly is an experienced trainer in sales techniques and management. She has created a unique sales framework which has been applied by various companies with outstanding outcomes. Her strong communication and interpersonal skills together with her broad knowledge, have enabled these organizations to create winning sales teams, contributing directly to the growth and successful performance of the business.
Beverly formed part of the main panel of judges for the Young Enterprise Company Programme 2012/2013. She chaired and appeared as guest speaker in leadership and management conferences, as a guest presenter at the University of Leicester and as guest lecturer at the University of Malta.
At an academic level, Beverly obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanistic Studies, a Masters Degree in Training and Human Resources Management and a Doctorate in Social Sciences specialising in Human Resources Development at the University of Leicester.
