Management training in Malta – Are you ready to INSPIRE?

Leadership today is becoming exceedingly more challenging due to the vast competition, constant changes, and the various behaviours and personalities that are dealt with on a daily basis. This puts a lot of responsibility on you as a leader, needing to remain highly motivated with a constant ability to drive people in the right direction.

The INSPIRE Management Training Programme in Malta equips managers and emerging leaders with the right skills to meet these challenges effectively.  INSPIRE is a development solution that is competitive, cutting edge, and tailor-designed to fit your company’s specific business environment and learning objectives.

ThinkTalent’s yearlong leadership programme in Malta takes place over four phases:

Phase 1: This phase evaluates feedback gathered from management and formulates a set of learning goals. These goals will be used as reference points for subsequent development activities that include the design and delivery of workshops, work-based projects, and action plans.

Phase 2: Following the evaluation and the learning goals set during phase one, a training programme will be designed to meet identified learning and development needs. Common issues arising from the learning process will be covered during the workshops.

Phase 3: In connection with phase 2, ThinkTalent monitors and evaluates progress in terms of impact. Feedback from such observations is used to register the achievement of performance milestones, as well as for the identification of additional performance goals impacting on the business’s outputs and competency development.

The vital purpose here is to create a setting for further analysis of any gaps between targeted and actual levels of performance. During the learning cycle, participants identify on an on-going basis a number of work-related objectives (personal action plans). The personal action plan addresses performance gaps and therefore creates an opportunity for sharpening leadership skills in the workplace.

Phase 4: In the final phase, ThinkTalent facilitates the INSPIRE process by helping the participant raise their level of self-awareness with a specific focus on leadership development and emotional intelligence.  This is based on the participant’s individual performance gap; personal action plans; progress in the application of learning; support required by the participants; and evaluation of the participant’s workplace impact. Throughout the coaching programme, the coach will help the coachee integrate and interpret multiple sources of information and achieve agreed-upon results.
